We begin our tour with a visit to one of three places at your choice: a cork factory, an olive oil tasting and a wine cellar which also includes a tasting. Cork, olive oil and wine are prized products, highly appreciated and sought after worldwide. They showcase what is best in our country and, as such, our journey would be incomplete without visiting, at least, one of them.

Our next stop will be the lovely and peaceful town of Monsaraz, guarded by a fortified castle and winding walls. This gem enjoys a magnificent viewpoint, where you will experience special and unique sensations, with mirrored waters from the Alqueva dam at your doorstep and the Guadiana river together with the Spanish border by the window as a view. You will also have the opportunity to see the fluvial beach and the local handcraft, in particular, the beautiful pottery, which is internationally recognised.

Time to catch your breath and take a break to enjoy a fantastic meal, paired with a fine Alentejo wine, before exploring the charismatic city of Évora, a 'museum city' and a true archaeological treasure, where the people carry an earnest smile on their lips. As soon as you reach the city, you’re faced with the imposing Águas de Prata aqueduct, a Roman inheritance impossible to lose track of along with the walls that circle the heart of Évora, where you will find the profoundly rich and well-preserved historic centre. Here, we will take a walk, where you will get to discover marvellous monuments which are part of the national legacy, gorgeous gardens, iconic squares and regional handcraft. Yet Évora also breathes culture at every corner and this is one of its calling cards.
